I'm Bri Roche — second-generation Arizona Realtor, born and raised in Phoenix, watching this city grow up around me in real time.

I spent more than a decade inside new-home builder sales — not just as a sales rep, but as a trainer, program developer, and sales manager. As a new-home salesperson, I've excelled selling in up, down, and pandemic markets. As a manager, I trained and managed new-home sales teams and built large-scale training programs still used by agents today.
